✅ 1. Acceptance of Termsقبول الشروط

By installing or using EgyOrder on your Shopify store, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.باستخدامك لـ EgyOrder أو تثبيته على متجرك، أنت بتوافق على الشروط والأحكام دي بالكامل. لو مش موافق على أي جزء منها، برجاء عدم استخدام الخدمة.

These terms apply to both merchants using the Dashboard and customers using the EgyOrder order form.الشروط دي بتسري على التاجر (المستخدم للـ Dashboard) وعلى العملاء اللي بيستخدموا فورم الطلب بتاع EgyOrder.

🛍️ 2. Service Descriptionوصف الخدمة

EgyOrder is a Shopify app that provides:EgyOrder هو تطبيق Shopify بيقدم:

• An AI-powered verification system for payment receipts (InstaPay and Vodafone Cash).نظام تحقق ذكي من إيصالات الدفع (InstaPay وVodafone Cash) باستخدام الـ AI.
• A simple order form, shown on product and cart pages as an optional way to order. The standard Shopify Checkout always remains available.فورم طلب بسيط بيظهر في صفحة المنتج والسلة كخيار إضافي، وCheckout بتاع Shopify العادي بيفضل متاح دايماً.
• A full Dashboard for order management and tracking.Dashboard لإدارة الأوردرات ومتابعتها.
• Protection tools against fake orders and payment fraud.أدوات حماية من الأوردرات الوهمية والتزوير.
• WhatsApp escalation for orders that require manual review.تصعيد على واتساب للأوردرات اللي بتحتاج مراجعة يدوية.
• CSV export and analytics for order data.CSV Export وتحليلات لبيانات الأوردرات.

The service is designed specifically for Egyptian merchants on Shopify.الخدمة مخصصة للتجار المصريين على Shopify.

👤 3. Merchant Responsibilitiesمسؤوليات التاجر

The merchant is solely responsible for:التاجر مسؤول عن:

• The accuracy of payment numbers entered in the settings (InstaPay / Vodafone Cash / WhatsApp).صحة بيانات أرقام الدفع اللي بيحطها في الإعدادات.
• Reviewing orders with a "Review" verdict before shipping.مراجعة الأوردرات ذات الـ Verdict "راجع" قبل الشحن.
• All final shipping decisions — AI results are recommendations, not binding decisions.قرارات الشحن النهائية — نتايج الـ AI توصيات وليست قرارات ملزمة.
• Compliance with Egyptian e-commerce laws and regulations.الامتثال لقوانين التجارة الإلكترونية المصرية.
• Not using the service for any illegal or fraudulent activity.عدم استخدام الخدمة في أي نشاط غير قانوني أو احتيالي.
• Keeping account credentials secure and not sharing them with unauthorized parties.الحفاظ على بيانات الحساب وعدم مشاركتها مع أطراف غير مصرح لها.

🤖 4. AI Verification Accuracyدقة الـ AI والتحقق

EgyOrder's AI verification system provides high accuracy but is not 100% infallible. Therefore:نظام التحقق بالـ AI في EgyOrder بيوفر دقة عالية لكنها مش 100%. لذلك:

• AI results are recommendations, not final decisions.نتايج الـ AI هي توصيات مش قرارات نهائية.
• The merchant has the right to manually review and override any result.التاجر له حق المراجعة اليدوية وتغيير أي نتيجة.
• EgyOrder is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from full reliance on AI results.EgyOrder مش مسؤول عن أي خسارة ناتجة عن الاعتماد الكلي على نتايج الـ AI.
• If the AI API is unavailable, the order is automatically sent for manual review (YELLOW verdict).لو الـ AI API كان مش متاح، الأوردر بيروح للمراجعة اليدوية تلقائياً.
• Duplicate screenshot detection uses perceptual hashing (pHash) technology — highly accurate but not absolute.كشف السكرين شوت المكرر بيستخدم تقنية pHash — دقيقة جداً لكن مش مطلقة.

💳 5. Subscription & Paymentالاشتراك والدفع

• Free Plan:الخطة المجانية: Available without time limits — 30 orders/month, COD only, basic Dashboard.متاحة بدون قيود زمنية — 30 أوردر شهرياً، COD فقط.
• Basic Plan:الخطة المدفوعة: Auto-renewed monthly via Shopify Billing at $9.99/month.بتُجدَّد أوتوماتيك كل شهر من خلال Shopify Billing.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from Shopify Admin — cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.تقدر تلغي الاشتراك في أي وقت من Shopify Admin.
• No refunds are issued for the current billing month.مفيش استرداد للمبالغ المدفوعة عن الشهر الجاري.
• Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice via email or in-app notification.الأسعار ممكن تتغير مع إشعار مسبق بـ 30 يوم.
• All billing is handled securely by Shopify — EgyOrder does not store any payment card information.كل الفواتير بتتعالج بأمان عن طريق Shopify — EgyOrder مش بيخزن أي بيانات بطاقة دفع.

🚫 6. Prohibited Usesالاستخدام المحظور

You may NOT use EgyOrder for:ممنوع استخدام EgyOrder في:

• Fraud, forgery, or any illegal activity.الاحتيال أو التزوير أو أي نشاط غير قانوني.
• Uploading fake or forged screenshots to test or manipulate the system.رفع صور مزورة أو إيصالات مزيفة لاختبار النظام.
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.محاولة اختراق أو إيقاف الخدمة.
• Reselling or sublicensing the service to third parties.إعادة بيع الخدمة أو استخدامها لصالح طرف تالت.
• Scraping, automated access, or excessive API calls that degrade service performance.محاولة الوصول الآلي أو الـ scraping أو الـ API calls المفرطة.
• Violating any applicable law or regulation.انتهاك أي قانون أو لائحة سارية.

⚠️ 7. Limitation of Liabilityحدود المسؤولية

EgyOrder is not responsible for:EgyOrder مش مسؤول عن:

• Any financial losses resulting from shipping decisions based on AI verification results.أي خسائر مالية ناتجة عن قرارات شحن مبنية على نتايج التحقق.
• Any interruption in the Shopify API or Google Gemini AI services.أي انقطاع في خدمة Shopify API أو Google Gemini AI.
• Any data lost due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, third-party outages).أي بيانات اتفقدت بسبب ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية من أي نوع.

EgyOrder's maximum liability is limited to the value of the monthly subscription fee you paid.الحد الأقصى لمسؤولية EgyOrder هو قيمة الاشتراك الشهري اللي دفعته.

🔒 8. Intellectual Propertyالملكية الفكرية

All intellectual property rights in EgyOrder — including the software, design, algorithms, and AI models — are owned exclusively by EgyOrder. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose.كل حقوق الملكية الفكرية في EgyOrder — بما في ذلك البرمجيات والتصميم والخوارزميات — مملوكة حصرياً لـ EgyOrder. بتحصل على رخصة محدودة وغير حصرية لاستخدام الخدمة لغرضها المحدد.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on EgyOrder without prior written permission.لا يجوز نسخ أو تعديل أو توزيع EgyOrder أو إنشاء أعمال مشتقة منه بدون إذن كتابي مسبق.

🔄 9. Changes to Termsتغييرات الشروط

EgyOrder reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the App at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.EgyOrder له الحق في تعديل الشروط دي في أي وقت. هنبلّغك بأي تغييرات جوهرية عبر الإيميل أو من خلال الـ App بـ 30 يوم مسبقاً. استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد التغييرات معناه موافقتك عليها.

⚖️ 10. Governing Lawالقانون الساري

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Egyptian legal procedures.الشروط دي خاضعة لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية. أي نزاع بيتم حله وفق الإجراءات القانونية المصرية.
