📋 1. Information We Collectالمعلومات اللي بنجمعها

EgyOrder only collects information necessary to operate the service:EgyOrder بيجمع المعلومات الضرورية فقط لتشغيل الخدمة:

• Store data: Shopify store name and Access Token required to create orders.بيانات المتجر: اسم المتجر على Shopify، والـ Access Token.
• Merchant settings: InstaPay/Vodafone Cash numbers, WhatsApp number and, if the merchant sets them up, ad-platform pixel IDs and API tokens.إعدادات التاجر: أرقام InstaPay وVodafone Cash ورقم الواتساب، ولو التاجر ظبطها: معرّفات البكسل ومفاتيح الـ API لمنصات الإعلانات.
• Order data: customer name, phone, address, city, amount, and payment method.بيانات الأوردرات: اسم العميل، رقم التليفون، العنوان، المحافظة، المبلغ، وطريقة الدفع.
• Payment screenshots: stored in private storage on our server — not publicly visible.صور إيصالات الدفع: محفوظة في تخزين خاص على سيرفرنا وغير مرئية للعامة.
• Verification results: Verdict, Confidence Score, and Reference Number per order.نتايج التحقق: الـ Verdict والـ Confidence Score والـ Reference Number لكل أوردر.
• Ad identifiers, only when the merchant turns on the pixel feature: the _fbp, _fbc and _ttp cookies, click IDs (fbclid / ttclid), the shopper's IP address and browser details.معرّفات الإعلانات، لما التاجر يفعّل البكسل بس: كوكيز _fbp و_fbc و_ttp ومعرّفات النقر (fbclid / ttclid) وعنوان IP ومعلومات المتصفح.

🎯 2. How We Use Your Informationاستخدام المعلومات

Your information is used exclusively for:المعلومات دي بتُستخدم حصرياً في:

• Analyzing payment screenshots using AI to verify authenticity.تحليل صور إيصالات الدفع بالـ AI للتحقق من صحتها.
• Detecting duplicate or forged screenshots to protect merchants.كشف الصور المكررة أو المزورة لحماية التاجر.
• Creating orders in Shopify after successful verification.إنشاء الأوردرات في Shopify بعد التحقق.
• Displaying order data and analytics in the merchant Dashboard.عرض البيانات والإحصائيات للتاجر في الـ Dashboard.

We do not use your data for our own advertising or marketing. If a merchant turns on the pixel feature, purchase events for that merchant's store are sent to the ad platforms the merchant chose (see section 4).مش بنستخدم بياناتك في إعلانات أو تسويق بتاعنا. لو التاجر فعّل البكسل، أحداث الشراء بتاعة متجره بتتبعت لمنصات الإعلانات اللي اختارها (شوف قسم 4).

☁️ 3. Data Storage & Securityتخزين البيانات وحمايتها

• Screenshots are stored in private storage on our server — accessible only via time-limited signed links (1 hour expiry).صور الإيصالات محفوظة في تخزين خاص على سيرفرنا — متاحة فقط عبر روابط موقّعة تنتهي بعد ساعة.
• Order data is stored in a database on our server with restricted access.بيانات الأوردرات محفوظة في قاعدة بيانات على سيرفرنا بصلاحيات وصول محدودة.
• When the app is uninstalled, Shopify notifies us and we delete the store's data: orders, settings, blocklist and payment screenshots.لما التطبيق يتمسح من المتجر، Shopify بتبلّغنا وبنحذف بيانات المتجر: الأوردرات والإعدادات والقائمة السودا وصور الإيصالات.
• All connections are secured via HTTPS encryption.الاتصالات كلها عبر HTTPS مشفر.
• Shopify access tokens are kept on the server only and are never shown in the dashboard or on the public order form.الـ Access Tokens محفوظة على السيرفر فقط ومش بتظهر في لوحة التحكم أو في فورم الطلب العامة.

🤝 4. Third-Party Data Sharingمشاركة البيانات مع أطراف تالتة

EgyOrder does not sell your data. Data is shared only with the services needed to run the app, and with ad platforms only when the merchant turns them on:EgyOrder مش بيبيع بياناتك. البيانات بتتشارك بس مع الخدمات اللازمة لتشغيل التطبيق، ومع منصات الإعلانات لو التاجر فعّلها بس:

• Google Gemini AI — to analyse payment screenshots only. The image is sent to Google for that analysis; Google's own terms and privacy policy apply to that processing.لتحليل صور الإيصالات فقط. الصورة بتتبعت لـ Google للتحليل، وشروط وسياسة الخصوصية بتاعة Google هي اللي بتسري على المعالجة دي.
• Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Google Analytics — only if the merchant turns on the pixel feature for that platform. We send the purchase event (value, products) with the customer's phone, name and city hashed with SHA-256, plus ad identifiers and IP address, so the merchant can measure their ads. Each platform's own privacy policy applies to that processing.لو التاجر فعّل البكسل للمنصة دي بس. بنبعت حدث الشراء (القيمة والمنتجات) مع تليفون واسم ومدينة العميل مشفّرين بـ SHA-256، ومعاهم معرّفات الإعلانات وعنوان IP، عشان التاجر يقيس إعلاناته. وسياسة الخصوصية بتاعة كل منصة هي اللي بتسري على المعالجة دي.
• Shopify API — to create orders in your store.لإنشاء الأوردرات في متجرك.

🇪🇺 5. GDPR & Data Rightsحقوق GDPR وحماية البيانات

EgyOrder supports Shopify's data protection requirements, including its customer data request and erasure notifications. Your rights include:EgyOrder بيدعم متطلبات Shopify لحماية البيانات، منها إشعارات طلب البيانات والحذف الخاصة بالعملاء. حقوقك تشمل:

• Right of Access:حق الوصول: You can request a copy of your data at any time.تقدر تطلب نسخة من بياناتك في أي وقت.
• Right to Rectification:حق التصحيح: You can request correction of inaccurate data.تقدر تطلب تصحيح أي بيانات غلط.
• Right to Erasure:حق الحذف: You can request deletion of your data — we will comply within 30 days.تقدر تطلب حذف بياناتك — بنحذفها خلال 30 يوم.
• Right to Object:حق الاعتراض: You can object to any processing of your data.تقدر تعترض على أي معالجة لبياناتك.

🍪 6. Cookiesالـ Cookies

EgyOrder uses necessary session cookies to operate within Shopify Admin and does not set its own tracking cookies. If the merchant turns on the pixel feature, the storefront script reads the ad-platform cookies already on the shopper's browser (such as _fbp, _fbc and _ttp) and passes them to the order form so purchases can be attributed.EgyOrder بيستخدم Session Cookies ضرورية لتشغيل الـ App داخل Shopify Admin ومش بيضيف كوكيز تتبع خاصة بيه. لو التاجر فعّل البكسل، سكربت المتجر بيقرا كوكيز المنصات الإعلانية الموجودة أصلاً في متصفح العميل (زي _fbp و_fbc و_ttp) ويمررها لفورم الطلب عشان تتنسب المشتريات.

🔄 7. Policy Changesتغييرات السياسة

If this policy changes, we will notify you via email or through the App at least 30 days before changes take effect.لو اتغيرت السياسة دي، هنبلّغك عبر الإيميل أو من خلال الـ App قبل تفعيل التغييرات بـ 30 يوم على الأقل.
